Silence the food noise.
Lose the weight.

Stop fighting your willpower. Access professional GLP-1 protocols designed to reset your metabolism and help you lose weight for good—all via telehealth.

It isn’t a lack of willpower. It’s biology.

Most people think weight loss is just "eating less," but your brain and hormones have other plans.

  • The Constant Hunger: You’re tired of "food noise" controlling your thoughts.

  • The Metabolic Wall: You eat right and exercise, but the scale won't budge.

  • The Cycle of Failure: You’ve tried every diet, only to gain the weight back.

You don't need more discipline. You need a metabolic reset.

"It’s so worth it"

"I was worried about the judgement from others... As soon as I tried it, it erased the stigma for me. It’s so worth it, now I exercise to be healthier and for my mental health, I no longer have to worry about the scale! When you prioritize protein, hydration, and a balanced diet, you don’t get those major side effects like hair loss and gaunt cheeks. Go for it!"

Highly recommend, I have nothing but good things to say about this practice. I had tried another one previously and it was a real scam. Elevate is legit, professional, and a great value."

Frequently Asked Questions

What are GLPS and how do they work?

GLP-1 receptor agonists are medications that help regulate blood sugar, reduce appetite, and support weight loss by slowing how quickly food moves through your digestive system. They work by mimicking a hormone your body naturally produces to help control hunger and fullness.

Am I a candidate for GLP-1 therapy?

Our physicians evaluate candidates based on BMI, medical history, and weight loss goals. Generally, candidates have a BMI of 27+ with weight-related health conditions. A thorough medical evaluation determines eligibility.

What side effects should I expect?

Some of the more common side effects include:

Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea.

Side effects can often be mitigated by correctly titrating your dosage upward, so you’ll want to ensure that you are taking the medication exactly as prescribed by your provider to minimize risk and/or severity of side effects. Anti-nausea medications such as ondansetron (generic Zofran) are also helpful to assist in

mitigating nausea.

Low blood sugar levels (hypoglycemia) are a more serious risk linked to the GLP-1 class of drugs. But the risk of low blood sugar levels often only goes up if you’re also taking another drug known to lower blood sugar at the same time, such as sulfonylureas or insulin. The GLP-1 class of drugs isn’t recommended if you have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or multiple endocrine neoplasia. Lab studies have linked these drugs with thyroid tumors in rats. But until more long-term studies are done, the risk to humans isn’t known. The GLP-1 class of drugs is also not recommended if you’ve had pancreatitis.

How much weight can I expect to lose?

Clinical studies show average weight loss of 12-22% of body weight over 68 weeks, though individual results vary. Your physician will set realistic expectations based on your specific situation and health profile.

What does GLP-1 treatment cost?

Our GLP-1 programs start at $249 per month, which includes physician consultations, medication, and ongoing support. We provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees before you begin treatment.
