SAFETY & RISK INFORMATION

Participation in wellness programs, coaching services, and medical treatments may involve risks, uncertainties, and variable outcomes. This page is intended to provide general safety information and to encourage informed discussions with your licensed healthcare provider.

Wellness and Coaching Considerations

Wellness coaching and educational services are designed to support behavior change, accountability, and health engagement. Individual experiences and outcomes vary based on personal health history, adherence to recommendations, and underlying medical conditions.

Coaching services are supportive in nature and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

Medical Treatment and Medication Risks

Prescription medications and wellness therapies may involve potential side effects, contraindications, allergic reactions, and drug interactions. The appropriateness of any treatment is determined solely by your licensed healthcare provider based on clinical judgment and your individual medical history.

Not all individuals are appropriate candidates for all therapies, and providers may decline treatment when clinically indicated.

Compounded Medication Considerations

Some prescriptions may be fulfilled through licensed compounding pharmacies preparing medications pursuant to patient-specific prescriptions. Compounded medications, including compounded GLP-1 therapies, are not reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the same manner as commercially manufactured medications.

Patients should discuss risks, benefits, and alternatives with their prescribing provider and dispensing pharmacy before initiating treatment.

Pharmacy and Fulfillment Factors

Medication preparation, dispensing, shipping timelines, and product availability are determined by independent licensed pharmacies and may vary. Elevate Wellness Center LLC does not control pharmacy operations, medication formulation, or fulfillment timelines.

Communication and Technology Limitations

Electronic communications, including phone calls, video meetings, messaging, and email, may involve delays, technical disruptions, or privacy limitations despite reasonable safeguards. These communication methods are not appropriate for urgent or emergency medical situations.

Emergency Situations

If you experience severe symptoms, adverse reactions, or a medical emergency, seek immediate emergency medical care and do not rely on coaching services or electronic communications.

No Guarantees

Individual results vary. No guarantees are made regarding weight loss, symptom improvement, performance outcomes, or overall health results. Treatment responses differ based on individual factors and medical history.

By participating in services, you acknowledge these considerations and agree to work directly with licensed healthcare providers regarding medical decisions, risks, and treatment guidance.
